Visioning Exercise

Think about what you want from this year.   What does it look like?  How does it taste?  What colors and smells come with it?  What feeling does it bring to mind?? Timestamp that vision, type it out, draw it, or speak it out loud.   

Put that vision somewhere special.   

Tell a friend, Put it in a journal, save it in Excel, OR  email it to me! 

What is your big goal for 2026? What is your daily/weekly micro-habit that will take you there? 

And let's revisit it in July or December.  There are no rules, just guidelines.  Do what speaks to you!

Do yourself a favor:  Give yourself 2 full minutes of structure.  What is your big goal for 2026?  What does it look like?  How does it taste?  What colors, smells, and feelings come to mind.  What is your daily/weekly micro-habit that will take you there?
