Kite Dream Care presents

“Cycle Therapy with Dr. Jamie Baines”

in honor of our favorite bike store Cycletherapy Bicycles!

A family of four is riding stationary bikes indoors in a living room, all wearing sunglasses and smiling.

It all started when…

My 5 years old son asked if he could ride his bike down the stairs at my Mother-in-Law’s house. It was April 2020 - 1 month into the COVID-19 global pandemic… I thought we were bored… not DISCOVERING MY NEW FOUND PASSION!

"Cycle Therapy with Dr. Jamie Baines."

Taking care of your health has soared to the next level. Now you can ride your bike with your doctor, while solving your health problems! BECAUSE... When you step outside traditional health care and try something new, the world is your playground. For me, Kite Dream Care has become my reality. I look forward to creatively caring for your health!

Please let me know if you are interested in group rides, personal rides, or just some childhood joy and adventure!

BRAVE’s focus will be on creating a solid foundation for our girls to establish a better female-focused community within MiSCA. BRAVE stands for Bold, Resilient, Adventurous, Vibrant, Empowered—qualities that we strive to foster and reinforce in women and all riders and to implement across our lives.

Little Bellas - Mentoring on Mountain Bikes!

Once a week, the girls and Mentors (we don’t coach, we mentor) will engage in different activities, rides, and games as a way to progress through a basic to advanced mountain biking skill set. The girls are given healthy challenges in a friendly, fun environment as a way to build confidence and enhance skill learning. This curriculum is designed to promote camaraderie among the girls, progressive skill learning, and to perpetuate the love of mountain biking, all while having a great time! This program is for riding and fun and is not focused on competition.
